Can I pick up my LED lights if I live nearby?

Yes, local customers are welcome to pick up their LED lights directly from our facility. Visit us at 5757 Douglas Ave Unit C, Racine, WI 5340

Do you ship packages internationally?

We currently do not ship outside the 48 U.S. contiguous states.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

A&R LED Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged or lost, please contact us at ar.ledsolutions@gmail.com or give us a call at (414) 676-4116‬. We will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim on your behalf.

How long does it take to process an order before it is shipped?

All orders are processed within the same business day (if order is placed before 5pm CST). Otherwise expect for the order to be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Do you accept returns?
